To keep Gloucestershire safe, we offered telephone support and advice to those across the county who were having problems with their vision or had concerns about their eye health.  We also offered video conferencing with our customers to ensure they got the support they needed during these troubling times; all our appointments included full aftercare, too!

At Vision Centre, we continued to provide our customers what they needed throughout the lockdown period such as spectacles and contact lenses. Ensuring those in vulnerable communities and in care homes got the support they needed too, we posted glasses and contact lenses to the people of Gloucestershire and offered a collection service to keep our business running as normal as possible.

Despite us having to limit our face to face contact with our customers, we offered support to local hospitals by providing guidance and advice to those coming to A&E with eye and vision troubles.

We are amazingly proud of the work done by all the staff here, at Vision Centre, throughout the pandemic and are glad we were able to serve the community in a time of need.
